This stunning 5 bedroom villa occupies a prime location on High Ridge Road. Its elevated position guarantees afternoon sun and wonderful evening sunsets. With open fields the trade winds gently and naturally cool the villa.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main villa and a further bedroom in the cottage in the grounds.

The lush indoor/outdoor gardens set the tropical scene for this unique villa.

Upon entering Highlands the serene atmosphere engulfs you, You will cross a bridge over a tranquil stream. This meanders around the villa and out into the garden. The gardens feature imaginative lighting which is a particularly lovely feature at night. 

To the right of the entrance hall is a living room. This opens onto a large terrace offering magnificent views of the garden and swimming pool. You will enjoy glimpses of the sea. Adjoining the living room is the gazebo style dining area. This caters for ten people. Dining here is a unique experience. A water feature creates a soothing ambiance for memorable dining with friends or family. The enchanting dining area at Highlands is bordered by tropical plants. 

For casual meals and breakfast there is a dining terrace. This opens onto the pool and BBQ area. Access to this terrace is through the wet bar. This adjoins the large kitchen and service areas.

The very large and well-equipped kitchen is positioned to service the bar, breakfast dining area and outdoor dining around the pool.

To the left of the entrance hall is the bedroom wing. This includes three double bed guest rooms each with en suite bathrooms. They are linked by an intimate terrace. There are commanding views of the lush tropical gardens. 

The main bedroom wing includes a spacious master bedroom suite. This suite has its own private pool, bar and outdoor lounge area. On the terrace is a wet bar and an outdoor plunge pool. A private courtyard adjoins this room. The en suite bathroom is very elegantly designed and finished in marble. It has a large shower and a separate jacuzzi.

The 3 other guest bedrooms all have air conditioning, private bathrooms, and terraces.

The 5th bedroom is located in the annex and is ideal for teenagers or even an ‘au pair’. A small gym is also located near to the service area. 

Highlands is very spacious. If they wish guests can spread out or gather round to enjoy Caribbean villa living together.

The pool area includes a private sun deck with sun loungers and dining tables. The pool deck is again bordered by exquisite gardens.

Highlands is in a much sought after location close to the amenities of the west coast and the Sandy Lane Estate. Guests may use the tennis courts nearby. There is also golf available and a delightful beach club. Guests will be provided with sun loungers and towels at the The Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club. There is also a lovely Kitt Kemp designed beach bar in the club. 

Highlands offers a recently extended terrace, temperature-controlled wine cellar and generator. The interiors and exterior have recently been painted interior.

There is a private cabana at the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club which is approximately three-quarters of a mile from the house. This facility is for the exclusive use of the residents of Sandy Lane Estate. Also available in close proximity are golf, tennis and water sports.
